Returns & Refund Policy
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing (via email or the contact form on our website) within the 14-day period. Your notice should include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your contact details.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned, except in cases where they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
All returns must include the original packaging and any accessories or inserts that were supplied with the purchase.
3. RETURN PROCEDURE
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions by email on how to send the item(s) back.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received was defective or incorrect.
4. REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us immediately.
5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us immediately and include a description and photo of the issue. Depending on your preference, we will arrange a replacement product or issue a refund.
6. EXCEPTIONS
The following items are not eligible for return:
