Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) apply to purchases made between NeuraCoffee OÜ (registry code 17252332, hereinafter: the “Seller”) and the customers of the online store www.neuracoffee.ee (hereinafter: the “Online Store”).
1.2. The Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and apply to all products offered by the Seller.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms at any time. Amendments take effect once published in the Online Store and apply only to orders placed after the amendments have taken effect.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1. All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros (€) and include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
2.2. The Customer shall pay for the products using the payment solutions provided in the Online Store. The payable amount is shown at checkout and can be paid securely through the following methods:

“Pay later” solutions (e.g., Montonio)
2.3. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS and/or Montonio Finance UAB, depending on the chosen payment method. Payments are made outside the Online Store in secure environments. The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s banking or card details.
2.4. When paying via bank link, the Customer must click the button “Return to Merchant” after payment to confirm the order correctly.
2.5. An order is deemed confirmed once the payable amount has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
2.6. The Seller is the controller of personal data and forwards the data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor (Maksekeskus AS or Montonio Finance UAB).
2.7. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days.
3. Delivery of Products
3.1. Goods are dispatched after payment has been received, using the delivery method chosen by the Customer (parcel machine or courier).
3.2. Domestic delivery in Estonia usually takes 1–3 business days but may take up to 7 business days depending on the region or exceptional circumstances.
3.3. Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are generally dispatched the same day; later orders are shipped the next business day.
3.4. Upon receipt, the Customer must check whether the packaging and products are intact. Any damages must be reported within two (2) business days.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
4.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting a written request to info@neuracoffee.ee.
4.2. Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and undamaged.
4.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food products or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened (e.g., coffee, mushroom powders, dietary supplements).
4.4. The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases where the product is incorrect or defective.
4.5. The Seller will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
5. Claims and Liability
5.1. In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (§218 (2)), products purchased by consumers are subject to a two-year period for submitting claims.
5.2. The Seller must be notified of any defects within two (2) months of discovery by sending an email to info@neuracoffee.ee.
5.3. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product, ignoring instructions, or the actions of third parties.
6. Processing of Personal Data
6.1. The Seller processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy published in the Online Store.
6.2. Personal data is used to fulfill orders, communicate with customers, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. All contracts concluded between the Seller and the Customer through the Online Store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. If the Customer believes their rights have been violated, they have the right to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.ttja.ee) or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7.3. These Terms are valid from the date of their publication in the Online Store.
